MMR #727 – Jeff Hanke

Jeff Hanke, pictured left in the green Chessie System shirt, receives his Master Model Railroader certification from Achievement Program Manager Ken May at the Amherst Railway Society’s 2023 Railroad Hobby Show. Jeff acted as a Director of the Nutmeg Division starting May 2018 and would later be elected Superintendent, serving into early 2023. Jeff has given clinics at the division, regional and national levels, and writes the “Workin’ On The Railroad” column for the Northestern Region’s Couple magazine. Jeff models the railroads of the Chessie System – the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad (B&O), the Western Maryland Railway (WM), and the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway (C&O).
